Bishop Oscar Ossai, Senior Pastor of City of Refuge Ministries International and a Nigerian political analyst, has reacted to Pastor W. F. Kumuyi’s stance on the popular Muslim-Muslim APC ticket. This was revealed a short while ago in an interview with Arise News on YouTube.

You may recall that this medium recently covered what Pastor W. F. Kumuyi, General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, recently remarked on the Muslim-Muslim APC ticket. Pastor Kumuyi argues that Nigerians should reject the same-faith ticket and support God’s plan for their nation.

They should quit fighting and attacking one another, he continued. They ought to give God control over this nation’s affairs.

However, in response to this, Bishop O. Oscar replied, “Although I have heard what Pastor W. F. Kumuyi has to say regarding the APC’s same-faith ticket, you should be aware that the majority of us are not happy with it.

Although I have a lot of respect for Jesus, the majority of Nigerian Christians—98%—have reached the conclusion that today should be left for tomorrow “in today.”

While speaking out against the same-faith ticket, the bishop added that many internal tragedies would eventually come to light.
