On October 15, 2009, Hickey tweeted about the birth of her first child, Jaxson. At the moment, her oldest son is 12 years old. On Entertainment Tonight Canada in 2012, Hickey revealed that she was expecting her second child after three years. Nyla, her second child, was born on April 17, 2013.
