This message is for people who chose the University of Ibadan as their first choice and got a score of 200 or higher on the UTME in 2022. The University website will be open from Thursday, December 1, 2022, to Friday, January 13, 2023. The deadline won’t be pushed back.
Instructions on how to register can be found on the admissions portal at https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng. Applicants are encouraged to read the instructions carefully.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTION
(a) Candidates must log in to the Admission Portal (https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng) with their Jamb Registration Number as their user name and their surname as their password. For example, 12345678EG OYEKANMI (Surname) Kayode Umar.
Payments of N2,000.00 for portal access and N2,000.00 for screening should be made through the ADMISSION PORTAL to the University of Ibadan (Admission Processing Fee Account).
At the point of payment, the candidate’s name, JAMB number, phone number, and email address should be given.
Payment Options:
I Using an ATM card to pay with a credit or debit card
ii) Cash at bank: Use the printout from the portal to pay cash at the bank.
iii) Direct debit from your bank account, where you use your online banking tools to pay.
Candidates are expected to print the payment success receipt, which should have their full names (surnames first) as they appear on the UTME result slip, followed by their JAMB registration number and a payment reference number with the word “success.”
(b) Once candidates have paid, they should log in to the portal TWO (2) WEEKS later to print their bio-data.
2. DATE OF POST UTME
The date of the post-UTME will be shared with candidates at the right time. So, candidates should give email addresses and phone numbers that work and are valid. The University won’t be responsible if you can’t get information because your email address or phone number isn’t working. People who want to apply should get the UI Post-UTME Past Questions and Answers. This will help them get ready for the exercise the right way.
For the online submissions to go smoothly, candidates are encouraged to strictly follow the rules listed above.
