He said, while addressing the media in Islamabad on Monday, that our government had forgone our political objectives in order to protect the state by making painful decisions to prevent the country from going bankrupt. He asserted that PTI is going above and beyond the call of duty to put Imran Khan back in charge. He claimed Imran Khan was at fault for jeopardizing national security. He declared that Pakistan’s interests were supreme and holy.
According to Miftah Ismail, the federal government is constantly ready to communicate with all of the provinces to address their problems. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa nevertheless attempted to thwart the IMF plan by writing to the federal government. He urged PTI members to demand accountability from their leaders.
In addition to the previously announced 15 billion rupees for Sindh and 7.5 billion rupees for Balochistan, he asserted that the prime minister had guaranteed an additional 100 billion rupees. In his view, PTI’s conduct during a crisis are wholly inappropriate.
In answer to a query, the finance minister said that because residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s united districts made unmatched sacrifices for their country, the federal government would take proactive steps to raise their standard of living.
What irony that the provincial government employed 54,000 individuals without allocating the required funds, which is against the law, despite his assurance that the Federal Administration will deliver all the funds allocated for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In response to a different inquiry, the finance minister said that after recent floods in Pakistan destroyed standing crops, the government may consider importing vegetables and other edible commodities from India to assist the public.
