The Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa, (OAUSTECH), which was formerly Ondo State University Of Science and Technology, (OSUSTECH) has developed a new site link for Electronic Payment of school fees and other fees.
Returning Students of the great institution can pay either full payments (full session), 60% Installment (1st semester) and 40% balance (2nd Semester). In addition, in the case of Late school fees payment, Returning Students can also use the school E-payment portal to pay Late Registration fee of (#5,000) online.

Stechitegist dimmed it fit to enlighten the newly admitted students and all returning students that your MATRIC NO/ UTME Number is required to proceed the E-payment.
To make any payment you will need to first generate an invoice, which will consist of a unique 7 codes known as Transaction ID, it was formerly represented as RRR (12 digits).
How To Pay OSUSTECH/OAUSTECH School Fees For Returning Students
Step 1: CLICK HERE to Visit the School E-payment Portal as a returning student.
Step 2: you will need to input your credentials to access the portal. A dialogue box will appear in which will request for your MATRIC NO and SURNAME. Ensure you carefully put in the right details, else you will be denied access. Then Click LOGIN once you’re done.
Step 3: A User guide instructions box will display, you don’t need to panic. Just click OKAY, GOT IT, as seen in the image below.
Step 4: Once you have landed on your Dashboard, Navigate to Invoices, as shown in the image below:
Step 5: After clicking on Pay an Invoice, a box displays showing Tuition Invoice or Other Fee Invoice.
Under the Tuition Invoice, you can pay full Payment, or half payment school fees, while under the OTHER FEE INVOICE, is where you can pay for Late Registration Fee.
N.B: Late Registration Fee is made after the deadline for school fees payment has elapsed.
- Step 6: After Selecting the Fee type (e.g Returning Students 300L Full Payment), after that you then select the mode of payment, either Full Payment or Installments (60% & 40%).
Ensure you check the Academic Session you intend to pay for, if it’s correct (e.g 2019/2020). If all these have been done, then you Click Generate Invoice.
Step 7: After Generating an invoice, you will see a unique 7 codes known as Transaction ID. If you would be going to the bank to pay, you can copy the code or just Click Print Invoice to save on your device as a PDF file. You will need to tender the 7 digits code to the cashier at the bank, along side with your payments (including charges)
But if you’re paying via your credit card or mobile number, Click on PAY, and input all necessary details carefully via the Unified Payment system dialogue box.
N.B: CVV represents the three codes behind your ATM card
HOW TO PAY OAUSTECH/OSUSTECH SCHOOL FEES FOR FRESHERS
Freshers are expected to complete their Screening Exercise via their Admission Screening Portal.
After completing your Acceptance Fee Payment, freshers are expected to pay their school fees via the students portal.
- Step 1: CLICK Here to Visit OAUSTECH Freshers Portal
- Step 2: Input your valid JAMB Reg and Password, if you already have an account.
- Step 3: Navigate to School fees payment and complete the process.
HOW TO VERIFY OAUSTECH SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT
After a successful payment via the school portal, the returning students are expected to Navigate to Verify Payment, in order to confirm and validate their payments.
If you’ve paid via the Unified Payment system, you will need to copy the 7 codes representing your Transaction ID and insert it in the box.
Once your done, leave the Order ID box empty, it will generate itself automatically. After inputing your Transaction ID, Click the Orange Button “Verify Payment“, and if you paid via the old Remita, you will need to Navigate on Remita Queries to Enter your “Remita Retrieval Refrence” (RRR).
Once it is successfully verified, you can then proceed to Submit and Print your Course Form, CLICK HERE TO PROCEED
BONUS: The Old Payment Portal stopped working as a result of the change of name of Institution (from OSUSTECH to OAUSTECH).
HOW TO PRINT OAUSTECH/OSUSTECH CLEARANCE SLIP
OAUSTECH Clearance Slip can be generated from the E-Payment Portal. It reflects the overall amount for an academic session. The Clearance Slip consist of Student’s information and ledger.
Clearance Slip can be generated by navigating to “Ledger”, as shown in the image below:
Click “Generate Clearance” to Print Clearance Slip PDF on your device. The Clearance slip is usually stamped “CLEARED” in red ink.
