Roger Golubski, 69, was charged last week with six counts of deprivation of civil rights resulting from alleged offences allegedly committed in the late 1990s and early 2000s, according to a federal indictment acquired by persons. In addition, Golubski is charged with five additional counts of abduction or attempting to kidnap the alleged victims.
Golubski has pleaded not guilty to each and every accusation.
Although prosecutors have stated they believe there are at least five additional claimed victims, the charges are predicated on the claims of two women. According to the indictment, each and every one of the accused victims was Black.
According to the indictment, between 1999 and 2001, Golubski allegedly abused a girl more than ten times sexually. At the time of the alleged abuse, the girl was 13 years old. According to the accusation, Golubski threatened the girl numerous times, claiming he would murder her or her grandmother if she told the authorities.
According to the indictment, the other claimed victim in the case had multiple rapes and sexual assaults over the course of two or three years. The alleged assault started immediately after Golubski detained her two sons.

According to the AP, one of the alleged victims informed detectives that Golubski allegedly threatened to take her children away.
According to the AP, on Monday, the prosecution argued in court that Golubski shouldn’t be allowed to leave custody while he is awaiting trial. They claimed he displayed a gun during some of the alleged sexual assaults in a motion that was filed last week and seen by PEOPLE.
Tom Lemon, Golubski’s attorney, explained to the judge on Monday that his client needed to be at home to recover following a quintuple bypass operation.
Golubski would receive medical attention while in detention, in response, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Hunting, adding that “Mr. Golubski has terrorised a community for a long, long time.”
Golubski was given a release condition that requires him to stay at home and avoid all contact with his claimed victims.
