Stechitegist discovered a video clip purporting to show the arrival of the car the Nigerian government allegedly bought for the Niger Republic.
N1,145,000,000 was available to President Muhammadu Buhari for the purchase of vehicles for the Niger Republic’s government.
Following its exposure by well-known social media influencer David Hundeyin, this infuriated many Nigerians on social media.
Mrs. Zainab Ahmed, Minister of Finance, Budget, and National Planning, defended the choice by stating that while Nigerians have the right to inquire, President Buhari, who authorized the purchase, also has the right to form his own opinions and take appropriate action in light of those opinions.

A review of the video’s facts revealed that these weren’t the cars the Nigerian government had bought.
CONCLUSION: False. Because it has nothing to do with Nigeria or the Niger Republic, the video is false and deceptive.
