Yesenia Gomez of Quebec is preparing to defend her WBC flyweight title against Kim Clavel in her next fight.
On January 21, 1996, Yesenia Gomez was born in Cancun, Quintana Roo, to Mexican parents. A native of Cozumel, Mexico, the boxer made her professional debut on June 25, 2011, when she turned professional. In light of her achievements as a boxer, her parents must have encouraged her to pursue her aspirations.
The Mexican boxer does not spend time on social media in order to stay in peak physical and mental shape for her upcoming boxing tournaments.
Since her debut in 2011, her talent has gotten her to this point, with several victories under her belt. In addition to helping to influence her future career, winning the WBC championship will let her to retain her title for a sixth time.
WBC boxer Yesenia Gomez appears to be single at the moment based on her social media activity and recent headlines.
It’s fair to say she’s wedded to her career, given how hard she’s worked to get where she is in boxing.
For the past five years, she has been preparing for the World Boxing Council title, which she has won in a row.
Defending her WBC flyweight title would make Gomez the first fighter to win the title six times in a row if she prevails.
One of the key reasons why nothing is known about the boxer other than her career is due to her lack of involvement in social media.
Yesenia has lived and trained in Mexico for the past two decades, winning numerous titles along the way. It is her first championship outside of Mexico, and the fighter is eager to collect her victory at the Montreal Casino in Canada.
She goes by the full name of Yesenia Guadalupe Gómez Vasquez, but her ethnicity cannot be determined because she refuses to reveal her race or religion.
Yesenia has always been more concerned with her training and job than she has been with her public image and the attention she receives. She was born and raised in Cancun and has won numerous accolades in the city of Cancun for her fluency in the Spanish language.
