In the ongoing nationwide Continuous Voter Registration, new registration reached 10.4 million as of 7 a.m. on Monday, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In addition, INEC reported that 11 million registrants have finished the registration process in their weekly update on Tuesday.
The update states that 7.6 million registrants registered physically, compared to 3.3 million who registered online.
According to the commission, there were 80,101 People Living with Disabilities among the 5,453,071 men and 5,558,048 women who completed their registration.
The age distribution also showed that 117,962 of the registrants were older, with 7,828,570 youngsters, 2,192,897 middle-aged people, and 871,690 seniors.
Additionally, INEC reported receiving 28.4 million applications, which included requests for voter transfers, new Permanent Voter Cards, modifications to voter information records, etc.
